Safe use
How to use Morrow safely
Last updated 17 October 2026. Please read this before you order: everyone confirms they have, when they join the waitlist and again before their first order.
What Morrow is, and what it isn’t
Morrow is food: a chocolate shake of about 400 kcal, made to sit alongside real meals. Each of the three blends carries part of the day’s vitamins and minerals. It is not a medicine, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness, and it is not a weight-loss product.
How much
- Up to three shakes a day, one of each blend. Don’t have more than three a day, or more than one dose of any add-in.
- Three shakes give about 1,200 kcal, which is less than most adults need. Keep eating real meals.
- Living mostly on shakes, or using them to lose weight, only on your doctor’s advice.
Who should not use Morrow, or should ask a doctor first
- Under 18: Morrow is not for children or teenagers.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding: ask your doctor first, and choose no add-ins.
- Taking medicines: ask your doctor or pharmacist first, especially for blood thinners (the shakes contain vitamin K, and some add-ins, such as reishi, resveratrol and vitamin K2, matter here), and for medicines for blood pressure, diabetes or the thyroid.
- Diabetes, kidney or liver disease, or another long-term condition: ask your doctor first.
- A history of an eating disorder: please don’t use meal shakes without your doctor’s advice.
- Allergies: read the full ingredient list we publish before launch. Bee pollen and royal jelly can cause severe allergic reactions; colostrum contains milk; spermidine contains gluten; collagen may come from fish.
Starting out
- Start with one shake a day for the first week. More fibre than usual can mean wind or bloating at first.
- Caffeine: every shake has a little from the cacao; Morning with coffee has about 80 mg, decaf under 5 mg, and the matcha add-in about 60 mg.
- Don’t combine add-ins with other supplements that contain the same ingredients.
If something doesn’t feel right
Signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips or throat, or trouble breathing: call your local emergency number straight away (112 in the EU, 999 in the UK).
For anything else that doesn’t agree with you, stop taking Morrow and talk to a doctor or pharmacist. Then tell us at info@nexodyne.org, with your order and batch number, so we can look into it.
Making and storing it
- Mix one scoop with 300–350 ml of cold water. Drink it within two hours, or keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Keep the pouch closed, cool and dry, and out of reach of children.
Who is responsible for what
We are responsible for making Morrow safe, legal and exactly as labelled, and for the information on this page. You are responsible for reading the label and this page, keeping to the daily amounts, choosing add-ins that suit you, and checking with your doctor where we say so. Nothing on this page limits your rights under consumer law.
About our claims
We only use health claims authorized in the EU and the UK, word for word, together with the daily amount they need. Everything else on our site describes what is in Morrow, not what it does in your body. For visitors in the US: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
